Legacies generate over 40% of Battersea''s income, making the effective stewardship of these supporters a vital organisational function. In this role you will be responsible for delivering and overseeing a bespoke, personalised, multi-channel stewardship programme and will provide exceptional supporter care for legacy enquirers, legacy pledgers and in memory donors. Through building meaningful, long-term relationships with these audiences, the role will help maximise income from a multimillion-pound revenue stream.
