This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK''s leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.Job DescriptionThe full-time starting salary is normally £52,462.00 per annum, with progression available in post to £60,842.00 per annum.Grade: HFull-Time PermanentThis is an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced and qualified Non-Medical Prescriber V300 (Independent and Supplementary) with prescribing rights to join Birmingham City University, a thriving, innovative, and dynamic environment that aims to provide high-quality Continuing Professional Development for the global health workforce.About the roleIn collaboration with the course team, the role will involve the following activities:Support the course lead with the admissions process, including review of application forms.Contribute to taught delivery and support course leadership across the NMP and related courses.Engage with experts by experience and external stakeholders.Provide and develop placement support for NMP students, Practice Assessors, and Supervisors.Offer academic and pastoral support for students undertaking the NMP course and pre-registration nursing courses.About youWe seek a committed and motivated individual who can enthuse and engage students, and contribute to the Department''s scholarly and enterprise activities. Credibility and proficiency in Non-Medical Prescribing are essential. Experience supporting students is desirable. Ideally, you will hold a postgraduate award in teaching.
