You ll advise on lease interpretation, service charges, income, property management, and ASB, ensuring clear and accurate responses for customers.You ll coach and support colleagues, helping them handle challenging queries confidently. Your expertise will help deliver one seamless service across mixed tenure sites.Part of something biggerYou ll support your team while also contributing to a national network of leasehold and homeownership professionals.
