Senior Learning Product Manager - LondonOliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Senior Learning Product Manager to join our team in London. This role supports the firm’s learning strategy with innovative products that drive lasting behavioural change and align with business priorities. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment and will be expected to be in the London Baker Street office at least 60% of the time.
About the roleAs our Senior Learning Product Manager, you will lead initiatives that empower colleagues across the Firm to own their growth and accelerate impact. This role focuses on transformative learning experiences that blend into everyday work life, from local office programs and team room learning to AI-powered solutions and performance support apps. You will architect a portfolio of products that build new habits and sustain lasting learning behavioural change.
You will work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to craft bold learning strategies aligned with business and talent priorities. Your expertise in surge skills will position you as a go-to thought leader, driving individual and organizational growth at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of a vibrant learning culture by building trust and alignment with senior stakeholders.
Design and execute innovative learning strategies that meet colleagues in the flow of work.
Translate content into impactful habits across offices, teams, and firm-wide communities.
Pilot experiments, measure results, and continuously refine learning products for breakthrough outcomes.
Partner across the organization to tackle complex challenges and deliver scalable learning solutions.
Who We Are Looking For
A learning visionary with 6+ years of experience in Learning Product Management, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
Experience in a management consulting, professional services, global technology, or other global firm is preferred.
Proven ability to translate business challenges into data-driven, impactful learning solutions.
Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Passion for continuous learning, agile thinking, and innovation in learning and development.
Familiarity with LMS, LXP, and digital learning technologies; experience with AI in Learning Product Management is expected.
Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Degree in business, organizational development, learning design, or learning technology is preferred; Master’s degree and relevant certifications are a plus.
