Key Responsibilities Design and deliver learning content that meets business needs and enhances the learner experience. Use the latest tools and methods to build measurable, scalable learning solutions. Collaborate with business partners, HR, and programme teams to meet deadlines and quality standards. Lead or contribute to Landamp;D projects, ensuring effective delivery and impact. Manage vendor relationships from sourcing to delivery. Stay up to date with new learning technologies and approaches. What You''ll Need 5-8 years experience in Landamp;D, instructional design, or learning technology. Strong knowledge of learning models (ADDIE, SAM, Agile) and blended learning.
