The role In your new role as a Senior Learning and Development Coordinator, you will support the delivery of professional skills learning across the firm, working with everyone from Trainee Solicitors and newly qualified Associates through to Partners. You will play a key role in coordinating training programmes, inductions and development initiatives while working closely with internal stakeholders and external training providers. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating the annual professional skills training programme, including scheduling courses, speakers, venues and materials. Supporting Trainee Solicitor and NQ Associate development programmes, including inductions, training schedules and development records. Organising firm-wide training, development centres, away days and wellbeing initiatives. Liaising with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure programmes run smoothly.
