Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Lead Technician to oversee our Testing and Inspection team. As the Senior Lead Technician, you will take a hands-on leadership role in overseeing the testing, commissioning, and inspection of control panels both in-house and on-site. You will act as the technical authority for your team, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency across all testing operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Testing and Inspection Technicians Oversee and perform the testing and commissioning of all control panels (in-house and on-site) Coordinate and conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) activities Liaise directly with clients to resolve technical queries and ensure satisfaction Collaborate with Contracts Managers to align testing operations with project requirements and timelines Conduct electrical fault-finding and ensure timely resolution of issues Oversee NIC/EIC testing procedures Uphold compliance with all ISO Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety standards Mentor and train junior technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and ..... full job details .....
