Lead QA Strategy and Processes : Define, implement, and continuously improve QA best practices across projects.Test Automation Ownership : Front-End: Champion automation for our SPA web app and mobile app. Back-End: Build and maintain automated unit, integration, and API tests for our .NET Web API services.CI/CD Integration : Develop and optimize automated test pipelines to ensure seamless deployment in CI/CD workflows.Team Leadership : Mentor and guide QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality-first development.Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to ensure effective test coverage and release readiness.Manual Testing (as needed) : Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing when automation isn’t practical.Quality Metrics : Define and track KPIs to continuously measure and improve product health.What We’re Looking For

Required Skills and ExperienceProven experience in a Senior or Lead QA role, including test strategy and team leadership.Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Selenium, Postman, RestAssured, NUnit, xUnit, MSTest).Experience automating tests for SPA web applications and mobile apps.Proficiency in unit, integration, and API testing for back-end services (.NET Web API preferred).Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Bonus Points ForPerformance, load, or security testing experience.Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).Why Join Lentune?
