The Role As Senior Lead Operative, you''ll provide day-to-day leadership to a team of operatives delivering void property repairs and refurbishment works. You''ll lead by example, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes while promoting a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement. Working closely with managers, inspectors and planners, you''ll coordinate workloads, monitor productivity and quality, and ensure resources are deployed effectively to meet service priorities.
