This is a great opportunity to join a family-oriented food manufacturing business as an Engineering Lead, where you''ll still have a hands-on technical role but take real ownership of the engineering function.

You''ll lead and develop a multi-skilled engineering team, drive improvements, manage PPMs, support projects and contractors, and help take the site''s engineering performance to the next level.

What we''re looking for:

• Multi-skilled Electrical/Mechanical engineering background
• Food/FMCG manufacturing experience
• Previous leadership/supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
• Essential: Boiler & Steam experience - you must be confident working with steam systems and associated equipment
