Senior / Lead Engineer - Refrigeration

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Senior Engineer / Supervisor with experience in servicing and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems. You will need good diagnostic skills and be confident in your ability to complete work to a high standard and build a good rapport with the customers.We provide tailored service and maintenance packages to our client base which includes a 24 hour breakdown service to contract customers only and you would share the responsibility for emergency breakdowns with our team of engineers. Our stand-by rota is currently 1 week in 7.We do not carry out works in the retail/supermarket sectors.Our ideal candidate would meet the following requirements: F-Gas Cat 1 CSCS Gold card / CITB Skills card IPAF and PASMA City and Guilds / NVQ 3 refrigeration and air conditioning Full UK driving license Ideally based around Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Middlesex area Good communication skills and strong work ethic Enjoy working as part of a team as well as aloneDesirable experience: CO2 A2L Commissioning Controls Dixell XWeb/monitoring systemThis is a 45-hour per week contract, paid door to door. Overtime of 1.5 Monday-Saturday and Double time on Sunday/Bank Hols. You will be provided with a company van, work phone, tablet, specialist tools, PPE and full uniform to ensure you have everything you need to complete your role to the best possible standard.
