Guide and develop data engineers, ensuring strong engineering practices and delivery standards. Create and maintain reliable batch and streaming workflows using GCP native tools. Develop robust data models and ensure high quality, well-documented datasets. Champion data quality, governance, observability, and continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
