I am looking for an experienced Senior Lead Claims Adjuster to take ownership of some of the most complex and high-value global reinsurance claims. This is a chance to work at the heart of the Aviation and Marine and Energy markets, managing high-profile Treaty Claims and ensuring settlements that balance customer needs with sound business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead on complex Aviation and Marine and Energy losses

Manage a diverse portfolio of Treaty Claims, working with brokers and cedants

Provide expert guidance on contractual and legal issues to Underwriters

Contribute to audits and reviews to support underwriting and actuarial functions

Build strong client and broker relationships, delivering superior customer service

Mentor and coach junior claims staff, sharing your technical expertise

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Underwriters, Actuarial, and Legal teams

What We''re Looking For

Proven experience handling senior-level reinsurance claims

Strong technical expertise in Aviation, Marine and Energy, or similar complex lines

In-depth knowledge of insurance regulation, legislation, and market practice

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to influence strategy

University degree or equivalent industry qualification (preferred but not essential)
