Lead by example to consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals and KPI’sCreate brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of strong product knowledgeBe proactive in booking appointments and maximizing every consultationTake every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience; driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities within Company guidelinesBe an inspiration to the team, demonstrating exceptional artistry; giving on the spot coaching and feedback to develop the Retail ArtistsFluency in Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup style, language and expertise in product knowledgeDrive masterclasses and event activity in-store, ensure appointments are fully bookedBring active support and initiative for counter events/new product launches; sharing ideasDemonstrate immaculate grooming standards always, reflecting your makeup look and in accordance with the Charlotte Tilbury grooming guidelinesAbout you:
