Lawyer- Housing Contract 60ph London My Local Authority Client based in London are looking for a number of Lawyers within the Housing team. Specifically in Litigation, Possessions and Disrepair.Contracts are 6 months with view to extension and ideal start date''s are September. Please see the below for further details. My client are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join their Legal Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional with local government experience to manage a varied and complex caseload. The successful candidate will have responsibility for a full caseload of criminal litigation and licensing matters, including providing legal advice, taking instructions, negotiating with stakeholders, preparing cases for court, drafting pleadings and other legal documents, and liaising with courts, solicitors, enforcement officers, and external agencies.
