Exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction lawyer (circa 7+ years PQE) to join a leading London team.This market-leading team has an extensive portfolio of work and has advised on some of the biggest and most challenging and innovative projects across the globe. Many of the team''s clients'' projects are based in the Middle East and Africa, regions experiencing rapid growth and offering excellent opportunities.The team offers a wide breadth of work, advising construction professionals, contractors, employers, operators, investors, and their insurers across various industry sectors, providing comprehensive project advice.For this role, the team seeks a bright, experienced Construction lawyer with expertise in advising on procurement routes, engineering and construction documentation (including consultants'' appointments, building contracts, collateral warranties, third-party rights, and security documentation), joint venture agreements, PFI and PPP documentation, and alliance agreements.The role is suitable for those with in-house and/or private practice experience. Experience advising on projects internationally, including in the Middle East and Africa, is preferred but not essential.
