Senior Landscape Architect - London | Leading Employee-Owned Practice

I am working with an award-winning, 100% employee-owned design studio in London to appoint a Senior Landscape Architect with strong infrastructure experience.

This is a key role within a collaborative, creative team delivering complex, large-scale infrastructure projects across pre-planning, post-planning and pre-delivery stages. They''re looking for a motivated designer with a passion for context-led, landscape-scale thinking and a strong grasp of the social, environmental and economic drivers shaping sustainable development.

The Role
* Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams on major infrastructure schemes
* Contribute to infrastructure planning, EIA and design development
* Navigate consenting regimes including DCO, DNS and TCPA
* Shape project narratives, design principles and Biodiversity Net Gain strategies
* Engage with stakeholders, clients and consultees, representing projects externally

About You
* Qualified Landscape Architect (CMLI or working towards)
* Strong consultancy background in large-scale infrastructure
* Confident leading collaborative design processes
* Commercially aware, with excellent communication skills
