Senior Land Rights Surveyor Location: Oxford Sector: Utilities and Infrastructure Milford RES is working in partnership with a leading infrastructure contractor to recruit a Senior Surveyor / Land Rights Surveyor to support major utility and infrastructure projects across London and the South West. This role has a strong focus on agricultural and rural land. It requires a surveyor who combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills, someone who understands the realities of working land and can build trusted relationships with landowners, farmers, and local stakeholders while delivering commercially sound outcomes. We welcome applications from: Experienced Land or Utility Surveyors Newly qualified RICS Surveyors Surveyors qualified by experience with a strong rural or agricultural background The Role You will provide professional land and property advice across a portfolio of infrastructure projects, securing land rights and negotiating agreements that enable construction while maintaining positive and respectful stakeholder relationships. This is a collaborative, delivery-focused position that may involve regular time on site or in project offices.
