The Role:As Senior Land Officer, you will lead land rights, land acquisition and stakeholder engagement activities across a complex infrastructure programme. Working closely with project teams, landowners and external consultants, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery whilst managing land-related risks and opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Lead land rights and land acquisition activities across major infrastructure projectsManage external land agents and specialist consultantsBuild and maintain relationships with landowners and stakeholdersProvide expert land advice to senior project teamsSupport the preparation of DCO and CPO documentationManage programme, budget and project delivery requirementsMentor and develop junior land professionalsAbout You:You''ll ideally have:MRICS, AssocRICS or equivalent experienceExperience securing land rights on major infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of DCO, CPO and land assembly processesExperience managing ..... full job details .....
