Job Purpose:The Senior Laboratory Support Associate (SSLA), at our life sciences client site in Oxford is a key role within our team. Reporting to the CBRE UK Cluster Lead, you''ll be a highly organised and dynamic individual and will work closely with the CBRE/Client team to provide critical support supervising the Laboratory Operations and Coordinating the Companies Laboratory Procedures; to ensure the smooth and seamlessly within the laboratories.Duties:Coordinate Laboratory asset Management Programme (LAMP) - Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibratedWork with Vendors and third party sub-contractors to schedule breakdowns and Schedule routine Preventative maintenance for Laboratory equipmentResponsible for raising purchase orders via CMMS system, and liaising with colleagues in Foster city to track and complete to resolutionArrange on boarding of new vendors with the clients finance teamOrdering stock via Clients ordering systemStock management via monitored stock listReceiving and checking in deliveriesReplenishing stock in LabsDishwashing Lab glasswareLab waste management- collecting, and taking down for collection, replacement binsLiquid waste management with third party vendorEnsuring Chemical waste inventory is kept up to dateUtilising Chemwatch to ensure incoming deliveries are checked, quarantined until COSHH assessments completeAssist with Ad.hoc projects that enable to growth and continual improvement of the Labs and process''s and ..... full job details .....
