Senior Account Manager - North Tyneside - Permanent staff position - Office-based - £40,000 - £45,000 per annumA leading print and packaging business is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to head up the client services function, ensuring high-quality support for key client accounts. The role focuses on supervising day-to-day team activities, coaching colleagues to follow standardised processes, resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver smooth end-to-end workflow across Estimating, Job Creation, Planning, Production, Finance and Commercial. What You ll Be Doing Leading the customer service team in day-to-day activities, ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time. Taking the lead on select key client accounts Mentor and develop team members to follow procedures, develop skills, and maintain first class standards.
