      <description>Location: City Of Westminster | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Senior KDB Developer Our Global Investment Bank client is seeking a Senior KDB Developer to join its FI Algo trading IT team. This role is crucial for developing and analysing Pricing, Trading, Hedging, and Risk Management algorithms for Fixed Income products. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership within a dynamic front office environment and contribute to our high-frequency trading strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications:  Extensive experience in KDB developments, particularly in a low-latency environment. Proficient in Linux and performance monitoring. Strong knowledge of software delivery processes, methodologies, and test strategies. Experience with the TorQ framework for KDB+, qspec, and qunit frameworks is advantageous. Knowledge of Altair Panopticon is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and systematic reasoning. Experience in a front-office-facing role within financial services is preferred.
