Senior Joinery Estimator LeicesterSalary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + benefits An established and growing specialist joinery and fit-out business in Leicester is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Joinery Estimator to join its expanding estimating team. This is a key opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator / Joinery Estimator with a strong background in bespoke joinery, architectural joinery, specialist manufacturing, high-end fit out or commercial interiors. The Senior Joinery Estimator will take ownership of tenders from initial enquiry through to submission and adjudication, working closely with Estimating, Commercial, Production and Design teams. Senior Joinery Estimator - The Role Taking ownership of complex joinery and fit-out tenders. Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for bespoke joinery and door packages. Completing detailed first-principles estimating. Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Completing detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis. Calculating labour, material, manufacturing and installation costs. Using Eque2 and Bluebeam for estimating and take-off. Liaising with clients, consultants and design teams. Preparing subcontractor and material enquiries. Reviewing, analysing and negotiating supplier and subcontractor quotations. Producing detailed subcontract and material packages.
