London City and hybrid remote workingAs the Head of Derivatives IT Development, you will manage a team of 6-8 Front Office developers, overseeing the delivery of global system architecture to support Front Office desks.The ideal candidate is a hands-on Java/Python/C# specialist with experience managing development teams and working closely with Front Office stakeholders, particularly within Derivatives Banking structures.Role Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Front Office derivatives development teamEnsure successful software delivery from inception to deploymentCollaborate with Front Office stakeholders to understand and implement their needsRequirements

Advanced Java core development skillsProven experience in team management and building successful development teamsExperience working with Front Office Trading systemsKnowledge of Derivatives Banking structuresAdditional Information
