Senior Java Engineer (AEM) Adobe Experience Manager

We''re recruiting for a Senior Java Engineer to join a growing engineering team building enterprise-scale communication platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning solutions end-to-end and working in a modern DevOps-focused environment. This is a permanent opportunity offering a hybrid working model, with 2-3 days per week onsite in Hertfordshire.

The Role

• Develop and enhance Java applications using Spring Boot
• Work with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and enterprise communication solutions
• Design and build scalable microservices
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD delivery pipelines
• Drive system reliability, performance and maintainability

What We''re Looking For

• 6+ years'' commercial Java development experience
• Strong Spring Boot and microservices expertise
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Cloud experience, ideally Azure
• Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile teams

Desirable Skills

Experience with Kubernetes, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Kotlin, Scala, distributed systems, or AI/LLM integrations would be advantageous.
