This is a hands-on senior technical role, acting as the escalation point for complex and business-critical IT issues while supporting the stability and continuous improvement of on-site IT services. You''ll work across end-user computing, infrastructure and manufacturing-adjacent systems, while collaborating with wider IT, engineering, security and manufacturing teams. What you''ll be doing Acting as the senior technical escalation point for complex and critical on-site IT incidents. Taking ownership of high-impact issues from diagnosis through to root-cause analysis and permanent corrective action. Supporting on-site infrastructure, end-user computing and manufacturing-adjacent systems. Working across Windows environments, endpoint management, Active Directory, Exchange and identity management. Supporting endpoint configuration, patching, system hardening and security controls. Leading site-level IT projects including technology refreshes, infrastructure upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives. Supporting incident, problem and change management within an ITIL-aligned environment. Monitoring recurring issues and service performance to help reduce incidents and downtime.
