Senior IT Support Technician

Join a leading educational organisation in Bournemouth, providing vital IT support across a dynamic and collaborative environment.Please note, this role is based on site in Bournemouth, Mon-Fri. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver 1st and 2nd line technical support to staff and students, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.Monitor, prioritise, and resolve support requests efficiently, escalating complex incidents where necessary.Maintain and support IT infrastructure including Windows, Office 365, and core network services (AD, DHCP, DNS).Manage and track IT assets, licences, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.Support cloud and on-premises platforms including Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.Assist with projects, upgrades, and system improvements, contributing to a secure and stable IT environment.Champion cybersecurity awareness within the organisation.Collaborate with central IT teams to resolve infrastructure or system-wide issues promptly.
