SENIOR IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN Profiles Personnel is working with an established and growing managed IT and cyber security provider looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician with experience of working within an MSP environment who can take ownership of more complex first, second and third line issues, act as an escalation point for the wider team, and lead on Microsoft-centric support and projects.This role would suit someone who enjoys getting stuck into complex technical challenges, supporting customers and being the go-to person when things get a little more complicated!Salary - 40K - 55K (depending on experience)We''re looking for someone with:Strong, demonstrable experience with Microsoft Intune - essential!Microsoft Azure administration experienceHigh-level Microsoft 365 support and administrationMicrosoft Copilot and wider 365 knowledgeExperience working within an IT support environment (MSP experience preferred)Excellent customer-facing communication skillsThe confidence to troubleshoot complex issues and take ownershipFull UK driving licence and own vehicleExperience with Halo PSA, Power Apps, Power Automate or wider networking knowledge?
