They are looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to become a key member of their small internal IT team on a permanent basis. The Senior IT Support Technician will provide 1st and 2nd line support across the business, taking ownership of more complex and escalated technical issues while also helping to maintain and improve the wider IT environment.
