Senior IT Support Engineer Bedford Onsite (5 days per week, with regular travel to offices and sites) £40,000 £50,000 + £4,000 car allowanceVIQU are partnering with a growing construction group looking to recruit a Senior IT Support Engineer to join its in-house IT team. This is a broad second and third line position offering genuine infrastructure ownership across a multi-site environment, covering Microsoft technologies, networking, endpoints and servers alongside new site deployments and wider infrastructure projects. The role would suit someone who enjoys taking technical problems through to resolution and wants exposure to a varied estate rather than a traditional ticket-focused support position.Key Responsibilities of the Senior IT Support Engineer:• Take ownership of second and third line escalations, resolving complex technical issues through to completion and addressing recurring problems at source. • Deliver IT for new site mobilisations and demobilisations, including connectivity, network configuration, segmentation and equipment provisioning. • Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Conditional Access and Intune across multiple environments. • Manage the Windows endpoint estate, including imaging, application deployment, patching, compliance and the ongoing transition from SCCM to Intune co-management. • Maintain Windows Server and Hyper-V infrastructure, covering builds, patching, backup and recovery. • Support and develop networking across offices ..... full job details .....
