ResponsibilitiesThe Senior IT Support Engineer will focus on escalated support cases but will also see plenty of opportunities to get involved in project work. The successful Senior IT Support Engineer will help to manage, guide and upskill an apprentice in the team so an interest in leadership would be helpful.
