Senior IT Support Engineer Location: Remote / 1 day per month in Oxford Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits A growing technology company is looking to add Senior IT Support Engineers to its operations team. Supporting large-scale online platforms used globally, you''ll play a key role in maintaining secure, highly available infrastructure across a fast-moving production environment The Role Working closely with operations, development and infrastructure teams, you''ll help ensure services remain secure, stable and highly available across both on-premise and cloud environments Essential: Strong Windows Server administration experience including IIS, Failover Clustering and Microsoft NLB Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID / Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, Intune, Defender and Teams Hands-on experience supporting AWS infrastructure and Cloudflare services Experience working within online platform, SaaS, hosting, e-commerce, gaming or other high-availability environments Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills within complex production environments Ability to work remotely with 1 day per month in Oxford Tremendous opportunity offering plenty of scope for progression within a stable, friendly company where you''ll be able to work with modern infrastructure technologies whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance!
