to provide expert support across multiple sites, focusing on

Microsoft Server, Office 365, Azure, and virtualization . The role requires

strong technical skills, proactive support, and excellent communication , with occasional travel for on-site assistance.Key Responsibilities:Provide IT support across multiple locations, assisting users at all levels.Manage and maintain

Microsoft Server, AD, Intune, Office 365, and Azure .Administer

Hyper-V, Azure Stack HCI, and virtualization solutions .Troubleshoot

desktop virtualization and SaaS applications .Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless IT operations.Travel as needed for hands-on support.Skills and Experience:5+ years

in IT support roles.Proficient in

Hyper-V, Azure Stack HCI, and SQL .Knowledge of

Azure networking, Defender, Policy, SaaS, and AKS Kubernetes .Experience with

Dell backup, storage, and VDI solutions
