The ideal candidate will have hands on experience proving 2nd – 3rd line support in a Microsoft environment, and capable of leading service management and project delivery. Experience required for the Senior IT Support Analyst Previous experience in a senior IT support position, managing 2nd to 3rd line tickets independently. Hands on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, and Windows 11. Exposure to Azure cloud, and virtual infrastructure (Hyper-V/ VMware). Experience with security tools like Microsoft Defender. Understanding of networking fundamentals. Interest in automation and AI. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
