This isn''t a ticket-queue role and it isn''t a pure Service Delivery Manager position. You''ll be the senior IT presence in London, owning day-to-day IT operations, managing relationships with an outsourced Service Desk, looking after the hardware estate, supporting infrastructure projects and becoming the trusted IT partner for senior stakeholders across the business.We''re looking for someone who''s already been the go-to IT person for an office or regional business and is ready to step into a broader leadership role whilst remaining technically hands-on.Interested?
