Senior IT Project Manager

Reed Technology is supporting a growing Microsoft-focused MSP that''s looking to hire a Senior IT Project Manager on a permanent basis. The role will involve leading the successful delivery of multiple customer-facing projects across a Microsoft Professional Services environment, managing several concurrent engagements while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Managing multiple concurrent projects and programmes of varying size and complexity across strategic customer accounts. Take ownership of project delivery, commercial performance, customer satisfaction and successful business outcomes. Leading project initiation activities, including project stand-up calls with customers and technical teams. Coordinating project delivery using PRINCE2 Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, review sessions and regular customer and technical team meetings. Provide mentoring and guidance to other Project Managers and delivery team members. Requirements: Experience delivering multiple concurrent IT transformation and professional services projects, ideally within an MSP, consultancy, or professional services environment. Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, including experience managing project budgets, commercial considerations, delivery challenges, and customer relationships.
