Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

My client, a well established MSP, is looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. The Role As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will act as a senior technical escalation point within the business. You will diagnose and resolve complex incidents, lead root cause analysis, support and mentor junior engineers, and help design and deliver secure, resilient technology solutions for our clients. The role combines advanced technical support with project delivery and infrastructure consultancy. You will need to move confidently between different client environments, priorities and technologies while maintaining clear documentation and excellent communication. Key Responsibilities Act as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure, cloud, networking and security incidents. Take ownership of high-priority technical issues through to resolution. Design, plan and deliver infrastructure, cloud, migration and networking projects. Architect and deploy advanced Microsoft cloud, server and network solutions across multiple client sites. Build, migrate, configure and maintain Windows Server environments. Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Microsoft Intune environments. Core Technical Competencies Cloud and Infrastructure Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
