Leading E-commerce Company Hybrid 2 days per week onsite Month FTC Potential to Become Permanent ARCA is proud to be working with a leading e-commerce company that is looking for a hands-on Senior IT Infrastructure and Server Engineer / 3rd Line Support Analyst to join its infrastructure team on an initial month fixed-term contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent. This is a great opportunity for an experienced infrastructure or 3rd line support professional who enjoys being hands-on with technology, troubleshooting complex issues and getting involved in infrastructure projects and improvements. You ll be part of a team responsible for maintaining and evolving a large-scale Microsoft infrastructure environment, supporting both on-premises and cloud technologies. You ll act as a technical escalation point for complex issues, take ownership of major incidents and help deliver infrastructure changes and improvements. The Role As a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst, you will: Provide hands-on 3rd line infrastructure and technical support, working closely with the Service Desk and wider IT teams. Act as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues and troubleshoot problems through to resolution.
