Senior IT Engineer

As Senior IT Engineer, you play a key role in ensuring our technology estate remains secure, resilient, and operationally effective. This role exists to provide deep technical expertise across infrastructure, cloud services, identity management, and security operations, while helping the wider support team resolve complex issues and continually improve the way IT services are delivered. Success in this role is about reducing risk, improving reliability, and ensuring colleagues and customers can depend on the technology that supports them. As Senior IT Engineer, you act as the senior technical escalation point across Vivedia''s IT estate; lead operational security activities including vulnerability management, patching, and access assurance; provide technical leadership and coaching to the IT Support team; improve the reliability, security, and effectiveness of core technology platforms; and support and deliver IT projects that strengthen business capability and resilience.
