We''re working with an MSP based in the West Lancs area looking for an experienced Senior IT Engineer to join their technical team.   This is predominantly a 3rd line support position, so you''ll be handling more complex escalations across customer environments, alongside getting involved in infrastructure improvements and project work.   It''s a broad technical role, so you won''t be limited to one particular technology or spend every day dealing with the same issues.   Day to day One day you could be troubleshooting a Microsoft 365 or Intune issue, working through an Active Directory problem or investigating something within Azure.
