You will lead the commercial workstream from sourcing strategy and market engagement through to contract award and transition. Key responsibilities Lead the sourcing and commercial strategy for outsourced IT services. Manage RFI/ITT activity, supplier evaluation and commercial negotiations. Develop contract schedules covering SLAs, KPIs, service credits, pricing, benchmarking and exit. Support the incumbent supplier exit and transition to the new provider. Work closely with procurement, legal, finance, technology and senior stakeholders. Support governance, business case and contract mobilisation activity. Experience required Strong experience leading IT outsourcing or managed services re-procurements. Experience managing supplier transition and contract exit. Strong knowledge of public sector procurement and relevant frameworks. Experience developing and negotiating complex IT service contracts.... Contract
