Senior IT Auditor Sector: Insurance Location: London/Hybrid Salary: £70,000 - £85,000A growing insurance business is looking for a Senior IT Auditor to join its internal audit function.This is a hands-on IT audit role covering technology controls, ITGCs, systems risk, internal controls testing and audit reporting. The role would suit someone from an IT audit, technology risk, IT controls or assurance background, ideally with experience in insurance, financial services or another regulated environment.You will work across a broad technology and business landscape, delivering audits from planning through to reporting and helping the business maintain a strong control environment.The RoleYou will be responsible for delivering IT audits across a range of technology and operational areas. This will include audit planning, test plan development, fieldwork, evidence gathering, working paper documentation, findings management and audit reporting.You will also support internal controls testing, including walkthroughs, control assessment and remediation follow up.Key responsibilities will include:Planning and delivering end to end IT auditsTesting IT controls, ITGCs and systems controlsReviewing areas such as access management, change management, IT operations, security and third-party controlsProducing clear working papers to support audit conclusionsWriting audit findings with clear root cause, risk and recommendationsPresenting findings to technical and non-technical ..... full job details .....
