We''re looking for a Senior IT Analyst to play a key role in our Synergy Improvement Programme, driving platform enhancements and ensuring it delivers real impact across our organisation. Inside IR35 up to £500 PD (Inside IR35) on a 3-6-month contract fully remote (occasional travel to Merton, London).

Responsibilities

Providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for Synergy.

Leading the development, configuration, and integration of Synergy modules.

Working with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver system improvements.

Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across the platform.

Collaborating with The Access Group and external partners to support ongoing system evolution.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Synergy support and development.

Strong understanding of education case management processes.

Technical skills in system integration, configuration, and reporting.

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

A proactive approach to driving system improvements and stakeholder engagement.
