My client, a Global Retailer, is looking to hire a Senior IP Lawyer on a 12-month FTC to start as soon as possible. In this global role you will report to the Head of Legal and work with the senior leadership team advising on a broad array of IP matters.Responsibilities

Advise on brand protection strategy and manage/protect brand and trademark rightsSupport stakeholders on IP disputes and litigation with external counselAdvise on trademarks, copyright and design mattersProvide support on brand and licensing agreementsQualifications
