Role profile: Senior Investment Manager Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Location: London Contract: Permanent Salary: £58k - £65k Purpose of the role Following the Board''s sign-off of our Investment Strategy, the Senior Investment Manager will lead the implementation phase. The role focuses on: Mobilising capital for Pathway asset classes and Fund Manager Incubator (FMI) programme funds, Executing investments and overseeing portfolio management, and Projects that advance Pathway Fund''s mission, organisational capability, and external profile. This role combines investment leadership with FMI programme management, delivery and oversight. Key responsibilities 1. Capital mobilisation and investment execution Lead fundraising and capital deployment for Pathway''s Asset Class and FMI programme funds. Manage investor relationships, due diligence, and reporting to ensure confidence and accountability. Oversee execution of approved investment strategy, portfolio management, and risk oversight. Engage external advisors, consultants, and asset managers to support high-quality decision-making. Produce regular performance and impact reports for the CEO, Investment Committee, and Board. 2.
