Your new role Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Investment Partner with development, investment and commercial teams to assess the financial viability of new data centre developments and expansion opportunities. Conduct investment appraisals, including NPV, IRR, scenario planning and sensitivity analysis, to support capital allocation decisions. Provide financial insight and commercial challenges for major infrastructure investment opportunities. Review financing structures, funding strategies and capital deployment across a portfolio of projects. Evaluate the commercial impact of customer contracts, utilisation assumptions and revenue drivers on asset performance. Maintain and enhance business cases, incorporating updated market assumptions, actual performance and funding changes.
