What will you be doing as a Senior Internal Recruiter?Working closely with managers and stakeholders across the organisation, you will lead the day-to-day recruitment and onboarding function, ensuring a professional, efficient and compliant service is delivered at all times. Duties will include:Leading the day to day recruitment and onboarding activity across the organisationDay to day line management of 2 staff in the Recruitment and Onboarding team to achieve their objectivesMonitoring recruitment KPIs, vacancy levels and service delivery standardsSupporting recruiting managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, providing advice and guidance where neededCoordinating recruitment campaigns to successfully fill vacant rolesProducing recruitment reports and dataEnsuring recruitment is completed in line with safer ..... full job details .....
