Based predominantly in the studio, this role suits a technically strong designer with 5+ years'' professional studio experience, excellent residential construction knowledge and the ability to deliver detailed projects from concept through to implementation. Role & Responsibilities Produce comprehensive AutoCAD drawings and technical packages Develop bespoke joinery, kitchen and bathroom details Prepare lighting, electrical and reflected ceiling layouts Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and specialist trades Support specifications, procurement, approvals and project administration You will also attend site meetings, review contractor and supplier drawings, resolve technical queries and help refine studio systems, drawing standards, schedules and document-control processes.
