Senior Interior Designer / Interior Architect

A Senior Interior Architect is required to join a growing design studio working on high-end residential renovations and new-build projects across Surrey and London. Based predominantly in the studio, this role suits a technically strong designer with 5+ years'' professional studio experience, excellent residential construction knowledge and the ability to deliver detailed projects from concept through to implementation. Role and ResponsibilitiesProduce comprehensive AutoCAD drawings and technical packagesDevelop bespoke joinery, kitchen and bathroom detailsPrepare lighting, electrical and reflected ceiling layoutsCoordinate architects, consultants, contractors and specialist tradesSupport specifications, procurement, approvals and project administrationYou will also attend site meetings, review contractor and supplier drawings, resolve technical queries and help refine studio systems, drawing standards, schedules and document-control processes. Skills and Experience Required5+ years'' professional interior design studio experienceHigh-end UK residential project experienceExcellent AutoCAD and strong SketchUp capabilityStrong technical detailing and residential construction knowledgeExperience producing detailed bespoke joinery packagesAdobe Photoshop and Microsoft 365 skills are required.
