Senior Interior Designer

Job Overview

A Senior Interior Designer job in Surrey working on luxury residential interiors for private clients and developers. The role suits a technically strong and creative designer with substantial UK experience in luxury residential and/or hospitality projects. You will lead projects through all stages, producing design proposals, presentations, interior architectural detailing and technical packages while supporting delivery on site.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead luxury residential projects through all design stages

• Research and develop design concepts and presentations

• Oversee detailed proposals, technical packages and architectural detailing

• Support site delivery and maintain design intent

• Mentor junior designers and report to senior leadership

You will take responsibility for design development and technical delivery, working collaboratively across projects from concept through to completion.

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 7+ years'' UK experience working on luxury residential and/or hospitality projects

• Strong technical and interior architectural detailing ability

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite

• Valid driving licence and access to a car for commuting

You will need proven experience leading luxury projects from concept to completion, alongside confident client communication and presentation skills. Experience mentoring junior team members and coordinating detailed project information is also required.

Salary & Benefits

• -50,000+ dependent on experience

• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

• Four office days and one day working remotely
